I am using a Kimball SCD which has 4 business keys and 3 of these business keys may contain null values. Since Null values should be avoided, I then set each of the null values to an empty string. Unfortunately, Kimball SCD treats this as null therefore throwing warning errors of duplicated business keys and the package never gets executed successfully. You will see it in yellow and stops flowing.

To resolve this, set the null values to some values such as N/A.
